On the working table or perhaps on top of the cabinet, seeing where your iPod or mobile phone is all you would want to see. Thanks to innovations, there are holders in the market and among them include this one called the Gorilla Go Go holder. Once you use it, you are sure not to lose sight of that gadget of yours.

They may seem like a useful piece of aid for the modern gadget freaks today but to the ones who love to enhance and put their gadgets on display, this Gorilla Go Go holder is certainly something that will be a prized find, at home or in the office.

If you class your phone/MP3 player/PDA/digital camera as being far too precious to lie on a dust and dirt ridden desktop (or somewhere equally mucky), or you’re just simply into unique looking tech accessories, the Gorilla Go-Go is definitely worth casting your eye over.

It’s a clever little accessory that’ll hold up virtually any of your gadgets (within reason – it won’t hold your Playstation), with its multiple attachment options such as suction clips and high-bond adhesive clips.

Media tablets are slowly becoming the next rant in the gadget world and while we have heard of the Nokia Internet Tablet, Archos has countered with the Internet Media Tablet, available in three models.

Each tablet allows the user to record TV shows, playback HD content adding a new dimension and choice for people investing heavily in getting the latest gadgets in the market. A definite must have for the mobile Internet enthusiast and something that will definitely be a hot item in the coming months on the latest gadgets to get in the market.

You may be hesitant on the brand though. Unlike Nokia, Archos is not that established of a brand. But once the buyers start racking in, getting one tablet after another, expect the demand the swell and perhaps the price too!

The thing about placing videos so that you can watch them anytime on your iPod is that you need the various cable interfaces that may prove to be harrowing or messy at times. The need to plug them in (assuming that the video source accommodates such interfaces) and avoid the messy look of wires can make it a tough task to do.

Here is a good solution though. All you have to do is plug it in the source. The iRecorder allows you to capture any video or anything you may want to store on your iPod and compresses the captured file so that it can be rendered onto any device. With the iRecorder, no longer will you have to worry about conversions and compatibility. Just plug it in the RCA jacks, play it back when you are satisfied and that’s it.

NOTE: For iPhone and iPod Touch users: This device cannot record directly to iPhone or iPod Touch. However, you can record to USB drive and import the recorded video using iTune.

Selling price: £99.95

Gadgets, mobile phones in particular, have had their share of issues as far as being damaged because of accidentally being dropped in water. Apparently this is something that no sane person would do. Considering the circuits and sensitive parts inside these modern gadgets, who in his right mind would want to check out how it can fare under water?

While that issue is something that has cost people a lot, there is this video that claims to make any gadget waterproof. All it takes is a special coating from Golden Shellback and you can make calls by the pool without getting worried if you accidentally drop it in the pool.

Quite a revolutionary idea but I presume that this was made primarily to avoid technical problems as far as gadgets which accidentally get wet. Here is a video to show it better. It may save you a lot in potential repair expenses for your phone when the time comes.

People today are obviously fascinated with gadgets. Features and the things that they can do, you are sure to see people wanting a piece of them even if it means shelling out hundred of dollars to get one. They range from mobile phones, portable computers and game consoles that really get the public’s attention.

But while you are dreaming and are preoccupied with them, always leave some allowance for sanity. Gadgets still have limitations and apparently most people could care less. As long as they own the latest mobile phone or game console, they could care less. Analyze it a bit closer and you can find that there are a lot fo things consider and this includes reality checks.

Do not forget you still have a life. There are responsibilities and tasks to be done. Divide that line and be sure to discipline yourself on when to use gadgets and when to divert your attention to the real life in front of you.

The rush of new technology that is flooding our lives can be overwhelming sometimes and it would be unkind not to forgive ourselves for being a bit too excited about the changes that are sweeping over us. However, there is a danger in expecting too much from technology, investing too many hopes in its ability to solve our day-to-day problems and counting on technology to save the day.

Who could ever forget the Sony Walkman that made the world crave to have this crazy contraption that use to have radio and cassette options? Well, practically 25 years later, we see the rebirth of the once popular gadget that took the world by storm. Back then we saw people wearing headphones listening to stations or their preferred music at will. But today, everything has changed.

Today it has come back as a phone and MP3 player rolled into one. While people are continuously patronizing the much celebrated Apple iPods and MP3 players in the market, this modern Walkman is bound to capture much attention not only because of the familiar brand and name but by the design the integrates handy communication with personal music entertainment.

What lets it down though is the tiny internal memory that comes as standard. You’ll have to buy a memory card for it, but it can take up to 4GB and that should set you back less than £30.

When you consider you can get the phone for free, then it’s not a bad outlay and will let you store a few thousand songs which is far more than you’ll ever get through on the way to college.

The handset has Bluetooth, which means it will also work with wireless stereo headsets, but there’s only a basic camera. It’s fine for taking snaps to email or put on the web but print quality won’t be fantastic.

For the people who have always admired the smartphone, watch out for the HTC Touch Pro which is bound to leave you speechless. It is typified as a thicker Touch Diamond with a full 5-row slide-out keyboard hidden inside.

It is indeed something to wish for as we all know how gadget freaks love to be the first to have them. Small and compact as it may seem, it is simply astounding as far as presentation is concerned. It is a lot thicker and heavier than the Touch Diamond and what is striking about it is the QWERTY keyboard in full.

The keys on the Touch Pro are certainly smaller than those found on devices like HTC’s Wing for T-Mobile or its Tilt for AT&T, but they are still very usable – much more so than those found on Sony Ericsson’s upcoming Xperia X1. They have a very good feel to them and are easy to find by touch even though they are all snugly lined up right next to each other.
